Description
Dynamic cupping – is a therapeutic technique that builds on traditional cupping by incorporating movement. Instead of keeping the cups stationary, they are glided across the skin, allowing for a broader range of tissue engagement. This approach promotes circulation and lymph flow, helps reduce tension, and supports overall tissue health, offering a versatile method for enhancing massage therapy.
Static cupping – more traditional. cups remain stationary for an extended period to promote blood flow and healing.
Instructor: Stephanie Armstrong MTI – Stephanie has over 20 years massage therapy experience and delights in passing her knowledge on to others.
Credit: 6 hour Massage CE credit
Cost $110 – There will be no upfront charge. Invoices will be sent out before class to pay online or can be paid in person the morning of class.
Class will be hands on. Supplies needed – 1 set twin sized sheets, blanket, face cradle cover, notebook and pen. Cups will be provided for class.

Instructor – Tara Herndon MTI – Tara brings 20 years of helping-hands experience, including 10 years in the medical field and the past 10 years as a licensed massage therapist. She combines her clinical background with a passion for healing touch, helping clients recover from injuries, find deep relaxation, and celebrate life’s special moments with massage. Tara’s loyal clientele rave about her restorative techniques and the lasting comfort she provides.
What to expect – Be ready to give and receive massage. Wear clothes appropriate to massage in and bring a twin size set of sheets and a face cradle cover.
