Receiving Massage Services During The COVID-19 Pandemic
Dear Client:

You have come to our business for massage therapy services that will be performed during the COVID-19 pandemic. Please be advised of the following:

While Stone School of Massage complies with the guidelines of the state health department and Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation to prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus, we can only reduce and mitigate the risk of you becoming infected, we cannot eliminate it.

Each member of our staff is monitored each day and, to the best of our knowledge, have not been exposed to the virus. However, since we are a place of public accomodation, other persons (including other clients) could be infected with or without their knowledge.

In order to reduce the risk of spreading COVID-19, please answer the following questions in a truthful and candid manner (Please circle Y for Yes or N for No):

  1. Are you currently awaiting the results of a COVID-19 test?

About Our School

 Stone School of Massage (SSOM) is located in Brookside Village at 535 WSW Loop 323, Suite 201, in Tyler, Texas.  The school is centrally located in the hub of Tyler and within easy driving distance of many East Texas towns. The 2,300-square-foot facility includes two large classrooms; five private intern massage rooms – two of which can accommodate couples massage; a reception area; a retail store; an office area; and a break room for students and employees (including a refrigerator, microwave, and toaster oven). Equipment includes top-notch massage tables; massage chairs, marker boards; anatomy charts; a skeleton, an overhead projector; and a stereo system. SSOM is proud to be a gold star member of the Better Business Bureau, the Tyler Area Chamber of Commerce, Texas Association of Massage School Owners and Texas Coalition of Massage School Owners and Instructors.  Business Hours Monday through Saturday – 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
